1. Return Window

 

  • Eligible Returns: We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.


Ineligible items include the following: Item(s) labeled '📦  Special Order Item.

Handmade Product Notice

Thank you for choosing our handmade product! Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, making every piece unique. Please note that the inks used in the sublimation process may result in slight variations from what you see on your computer screen. These small imperfections are a natural part of the handmade process and only add to the charm and individuality of your product.

We appreciate your understanding and are confident that you will love the one-of-a-kind quality that comes with handcrafted items.

Standard Delivery and Processing

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Love & Grace Baby Boutique has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information. Shipping costs are based on the items ordered and the ship to address

Lost or Stolen Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is confirmed as delivered to the specified address but is subsequently lost or stolen, we will make every effort to assist in locating the package. However, we cannot assume responsibility for replacing lost or stolen items free of charge.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer. In the event that an order is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the order amount, excluding any shipping charges.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

Inventory products ship quickly. Personalized and made to order items take a few days to produce.

All personalized items typically ship within 5-7 Business days. 

In stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. 

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom made and may require extra care.
